Cookbook Corrections
We did our best to make sure the recipes included in our cookbook were free of errors, however, no one is perfect. Listed below are errors that have been brought to our attention already. Please check your copy and make corrections/additions if necessary, and accept our apologies if our error caused you a cooking mishap.
If you come across any other errors, please contact us so we can make the changes to our remaining unsold copies and add the correction to the list below.
Page 35 - Potatoes Romanov; use only 1 pkg of cream cheese (not 2 pkgs).
Page 94 - Carrot Gingerbread Muffins; add 1/4 cup molasses to the ingredient list.
Page 101 - Buttermilk Scones; use 25g granulated sugar (not 250g).
Page 122 - Lemon Trifle; typo in 8th sentence, should read, "...place 1/2 of the broken up COOKIE bits ..."
Page 127 - Nummies; 2nd last sentence should read, "BAKE for 8 minutes only, watching so not to burn."
Page 137 - Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies; second sentence should read, "In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and vanilla."
- Typo in 3rd sentence, should read "BEAT until light and fluffy."
Page 146 - Impossible Pumpkin Pie; add 3/4 cup white sugar to the ingredient list.
